A Sydney laneway is being turned into an espresso martini lover's dream
And it kicks off this week!
Post-work drinks are about to perk up thanks to Mr Black and Three Bottle Man bar who are converting part of Bulletin Place near Circular Quay into a laneway caffeine oasis this Thursday the 15th of March to Saturday the 17th from 5pm to late.
The laneway will feature a pop-up caffeine bar and station, showcasing limited-edition bespoke caffeine cocktails as well as coffee-liqueur infused experimental desserts designed by international Michelin Star-experienced chef Raphael Szurek.
The cocktail list will feature some never-before-seen medley of ingredients at Three Bottle Man, including a signature cocktail featuring Mr. Black's newest Coffee Amaro. For sweet tooths and curious palates alike, there will also be two unique experimental desserts which will be a delectable showcase of art, science, alcohol, and culinary excellence.
The limited, curated list of beverages and desserts will be at a cost of just $15 per item and will be designed to showcase coffee’s versatility as an ingredient.
“Australia is home to the world’s greatest coffee culture,” says Mr Black co-founder Tom Baker, “and the Three Bottle Man take-over is all about taking that culture into the night.”
“There’s more to the coffee-based cocktail canon than just the espresso martini,” says Baker. “As it turns out, coffee is just as at home in a Negroni as it is in a cocktail with a splash of red wine or tropical fruit.”
Espresso martinis will also be at the ready, on tap.
