Harry Styles has broken a pretty impressive record with his new album
A couple of weeks ago Harry Styles dropped his debut solo, self-titled album, and we love it. But we’re not the only one, the album has managed to break a pretty impressive record.
The self-titled album topped the Billboard 200 album chart with over 230,000 album unit sold. Making it the biggest debut sales week for a U.K male artists first album in the United Status.
If that’s not impressive enough for you the One Direction **we’re on hiatus** star also achieved number ones in more than 20 countries, including right here in Australia.
Earlier this month Harry Styles broke millions of hearts when his upcoming tour sold out in a matter of seconds and it had us question why he didn’t pick bigger venues to play out.
Harry told Smallzy:
“Honestly, it’s as simple as… It’s my first tour and my first album and I’m looking forward to playing these songs to people. And I think [these venues] it’s appropriate. They’ll be fun, it’s always nice to have a lot of energy in those venues. And I’m excited to play them, they’re amazing places.
I wanted to go out and play the new songs for fans who wanted to watch.”
