P!nk spotted out in public after Sydney show cancellations

It comes after she spent time in hospital.

P!nk has had a whirl wind of a week. The superstar received crazy backlash from fans when she was forced to cancel three of her Sydney concerts (Friday 3rd, Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th) due to illness and hospitalisation.

She spent Monday night in Sydney's St. Vincent Hospital and has been hauled up inside the city's Park Hyatt Hotel recovering from a gastric virus ever since.

However, she was spotted on Thursday walking around Circular Quay with a security guard by her side.

She was also spotted at Centennial Park with children Jameson Moon Hart, one, and Willow Sage Hart, seven and later, got patrons excited when she walked into North Bondi Fish but she didn't stay, ducking off into a waiting van with daughter Willow in tow.

P!nk has been quite since she shared the Instagram of the paparazzi spotting her relaxing on the beach insinuating she wasn't even sick.

However, yesterday P!nk thanked her fans for being so supportive.

Hi beautiful Sydney people. First, I want to say thank you to all of the kind people out there for your well wishes for my speedy recovery. On Monday, we were absolutely planning on going ahead with the show, and about 20 minutes before I left for soundcheck, I was rushed to the hospital, in excruciating pain. That was the reason for the late cancellation. It was out of anyone’s control, and of course, wasn’t planned that way. I was discharged from hospital last night, and am following doctors orders of liquids and rest. A lot of you know how physical my shows are, and that I don’t just stand in front a microphone and sing. I flip, dance, fly, harness, silk, and scream my way through a total shit show of awesomeness (no pun intended). Therefore, I need to be physically healthy and well in order to perform this show. I think all of you deserve the full show and me at my best. Our next show will be Saturday, and until then I will be drinking green tea, and spending time with my kids. That’s a warning to paparazzi, you might actually see me walking upright outside of my hotel room cage with two little children, and another warning: I might even smile. Not too much, though. I’ll try to control the smiling. My sincere apologies to any of the ticket holders that this has affected, the rescheduled dates will be announced today. Thank you for your patience, compassion, and support. I look forward to rocking out with all of you as we have done for many many years. All of my love. Pink I also want to thank the amazing doctors and nurses at St Vincent’s Hospital for taking such good care of me and getting me home to my kids.

Fans were furious they'd travelled interstate or from regional areas to see the performance, only to rock up and find out the show was cancelled.

"Her management should be letting people know a lot sooner," one fan wrote on a recent Instagram post.

"When your concert tickets are that expensive it doesn’t matter if you are in hospital she has a whole team that would take care of stuff like this and they need to get their shit together and let people know. Not give 2 hours notice."

She also thanked doctors and nurses at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. Pink will return to Sydney in September after completing her New Zealand tour to allow current ticket holders the opportunity to attend rescheduled performances.

The following new dates have been announced for Pink’s four postponed Sydney shows:

- If you are holding tickets for the Friday August 3 performance your rescheduled date is Friday August 24

- If you are holding tickets for the Monday August 6 performance your rescheduled date is Monday September 17

- If you are holding tickets for the Tuesday August 7 performance your rescheduled date is Tuesday September 18

- If you are holding tickets for the Thursday August 9 performance your rescheduled date is Wednesday September 19
