From professional soccer player to reality star to... jewellery designer?

He’s been out of the limelight for the past few weeks since ending his three-second relationship with mother-of-one Katrina Vincent. But now Michael Turnbull is making headlines again. This time, it’s for the former Bachelorette’s foray into the jewellery business. The 34-year-old has been teasing a new line of 'Mychaelsquad' wrist accessories on Instagram.

Michael spoke with Daily Mail Australia about his new venture.

"I love bracelets, I've always worn them and I had lots of people asking me about them."

Have they now?

"They'll have gemstones related to the actual value and they'll all feature our custom 18 carat gold. I just thought it was a good visual representation. If you're having a bad day you can look down and see your strength. If you're out with friends you can look down and see your friendship bracelet."

Another sneak peak at our limited edition"STRENGTH" #Mychaelsquad bracelet featuring black Onyx and 18 carat gold. Released soon.

The ex-reality star plans to sell the jewellery via his yet-to-be-launched motivational website. Like clockwork, DMA readers voiced their scepticim.

"No. Just no."

"Mate.. these are lovely.. my CATS going to be delighted with her bling collar x"

"Why doesn't he just get a normal job, like normal people do? Does he think he's special?"

"Eerrr he's hearts probs in the right place but it's a bit cringey."
