Do you want to be on the Australian survivor? This is what you’ll have to confess!

All the skeletons in your closest will be revealed.

The highly anticipated Australian version of Survivor will be hitting our TV screens some time this year. If it’s your goal in life to outwit, outlast and outplay then you’re going to have to dive into your deepest and darkest secrets in order to get selected.

Already channel Ten has confirmed that there have been more then 10,000 applicants who have willingly disclosed the skeletons in their closet.

If you want to apply some of the questions you will have to answer are,

  • Have you ever struck anyone in self-defence or anger?
  • When did you last lose your temper?
  • Do you have mood swings?
  • When was the last time you had an argument? Did you win?
  • Have you ever intervened in a fight?

It’s not just whether or not you have anger issues producers also want to know if you have a criminal record, a sex-tape, drug history, who are enemies, if you’re ashamed of any previous relationships and if you’ve ever visited a therapist and why.

And our personal favourite question on the quiz is…. what do you think your gravestone epitaph will read (hopefully he lies the 2016 winner of Australian Survivor? #AMIRITE)

Channel Ten’s Head of Entertainment and Factual Programming Stephen Tate said, “This is the biggest response to a casting call we have ever had. The casting tour has been extended and additional staff have been hired to cope with the volume of outstanding applications. We are still receiving more than 100 applications a day, and we had to extend the casting tour as a result.”

Similarly, if an individual is interested in applying for The Bachelor they too will have to open up their closet. Women are asked about their sexual history, past relationships (including sex tapes) and their drug use. AWKWARD

So if you’re keen for producers to delve into your deepest darkest secrets you have until February 10th to get your application in. It’s time to Outwit, Outlast, Outplay.
