Dave Billsborrow warns us about skin cancer with some graphic pics

Listen up, everyone. The Bachelorette's Dave Billsborrow as a very important message to tell you about skin cancer.

Skin cancer is a v. v. serious thing, people. Take it from Dave Billsborrow. The former Bachelorette posted some truly terrifying photos on the 'gram on Wednesday showing him laying in a hospital bed after a skin cancer-related operation.

He captioned the pic with a message urging his fans to get themselves checked to have anything suspicious removed before major surgery was required.

"A message for everyone to go to a skin clinic and get checked out. Skin cancers can happen to anyone! I'm all good, but unfortunately people are to late. So people get to a skin clinic and get checked."

And then he followed up the hospital bed post with a second one. This one, a lot more graphic. In the pic, his head bandage is removed, and the camera is zoomed in on his post-op wound and stitches.

Dave's message of warning comes a day after Hugh Jackman posted something similar. Along with a photo of the actor with a Band-Aid across his nose, Hugh told his 'gram following to check yo' self for skin cancer.

"An example of what happens when you don't wear sunscreen. Basal Cell. The mildest form of cancer but serious, nonetheless. PLEASE USE SUNSCREEN and get regular check-ups."

BRB, we're booking our appointments right now.
