At least it wasn't snakes on a plane!

Well here’s one for the ‘WTF’ files!

A woman took a live turkey onto a Delta Airlines flight in the United States because she needed “emotional support”.

Jodie Smalley was on her way to Salt Lake City for Christmas and brought her ‘therapy’ pet for the two-hour flight. 

Once the plane touched down, the Turkey was lucky enough to get a ‘premium’ transport service through the airport!

Surpringly, under the Air Carrier Access Act 1968 in the US you are able to travel with ‘emotional support animals.’
