The one thing about Lady Gaga we all completely missed at the Golden Globes!
Lady Gaga’s Golden Globes style is a far cry from that time she rocked up to the red carpet in a giant egg. The songstress shone in a sophisticated black dress that hugged her curves in all the right places. But there is one major thing that was missing…
Lady Gaga had some how managed to completely rid her body of any kind of tattoo. This is a huge transformation for the performer who last year at the Emmy Awards proudly showed proudly showed off her vast amounts of body tattoos.
The singer employed Hollywood make-up artist Mike Mekash to cover the tattoos. Mike revealed he used PAX an acrylic based makeup to cover the skin. Mike said on Facebook, “The covers I did looked great on the red carpet and on stage when she WON! And for 99% of the press photos.”
How did we miss this one? We were probably to preoccupied by the Lady Gaga/Leonardo DiCaprio saga that went down that night.
It’s been a huge year already for Lady Gaga she won her very first Golden Globe for her performance as The Countess in “American Horror Story: Hotel” and this week she has been nominated for an Academy Award.
The singer has been nominated for Best Original song, for ‘Till It Happens to You.’ Which was written for the acclaimed documentary ‘The Hunting Ground’ Lady Gaga said, “This nomination lends a voice to so many victims and their families around the world. Thank you to The Academy for recognizing the movement of people who have come together around The Hunting Ground and ‘Till it Happens to You.’
