Kristen Stewart: the new face of Chanel makeup
Karl Lagerfeld must really, REALLY love Kristen Stewart because she has moved from starring in the occasional Chanel brand ad to now being appointed the new face of Chanel makeup.
The Twilight star is following in the footsteps of fellow ambassadors Keira Knightly and Gisele Bundchen, and becoming the new face for Chanel’s new makeup campaign called Collection Eyes 2016.
Kristen, who has often been questioned about her sexuality, worked with famed fashion photographer Mario Testino to get the shots for the beauty campaign.
However, not everyone is happy about Lagerfeld’s choice, with some Twitter fans furious over the decision:
This isn't the first time the 25-year-old has caused a stir on Twitter. Last year she shocked fans when she posed nude for Mario Testino’s Towel Series.
Kristen spoke to vogue about why she loves working with Karl.
"Karl is supremely natural and thoughtful, which rubs off on an actor, always . . . that confidence. His interest in cinema is clear and working with him in that way was inspiring . . . to see him in yet another shade of light, thriving . . . “Once more . . . with feeling.”
Do you think Kristen is the right pick for the Chanel Collection Eyes 2016?
