Jennifer Lawrence says 'f*** diets'. Here's how she gets in shape...
Jennifer Lawrence is our body image hero.
We love her attitude, because it's just how we feel about getting ready for summer.
Jen has said "If anybody even tries to whisper the word 'diet,' I'm like, 'You can go f*** yourself.'"

So, it's because of that, we wanted to steal (and share) some of her rituals to get in to shape. She has to do it for movies, like The Hunger Games: Mockingjay. And, we want to do it so that we're beach ready!
Here’s what we learned from Jen’s personal trainer.
Get your cardio on: Jen gets her blood pumping by doing skipping…because lets face it. it’s way more fun than running.
Aim for 20 minutes of high intensity following a 5 to 10 minute warmup.
Build that muscle: Strength training is Jen’s fitness BFF when prepping for movie roles. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. How cool is that?
Do circuit work with squats, push-ups and sit-ups. Each exercise should last 30 seconds (or 10 to 15 reps). Think musical chairs...but with exercise!
Try yoga on an off day: Jen does yoga to stretch and improve flexibility.
Stay consistent and mix it up: The key is consistency. If you stick to it, your body will definitely improve.
Think like Jen: If you don't feel like getting out of bed to excercise, try to channel J. Law. Her trainer for The Hunger Games movies says she never complained. She did everything that was asked of her and she usually did so with a smile. Go Jen!
