Emma Watson goes public with new boyfriend

Harry Potter actress Emma Watson has a new boyfriend who is ten years her senior.

Emma Watson has a new man under her magical spell.

Romance rumours are circulating that Emma has found love with 35-year old tech manager William “Mack” Knight after the couple returned from a week-long romantic trip to a luxurious, eco-conscious Californian retreat. Staff at nearby bakery Big Sur Bakery confirmed that the pair enjoyed a wood-fire pizza together.

A source told The Sun, “Mack is just a normal, down-to-earth guy who has nothing to do with Hollywood, and Emma loves that. She was left really hurt by her break up with Matthew Janney and it’s take her more than a year to feel ready to start again with somebody. They’re really happy with each other and see each other whenever Emma does not have work commitments.”

Emma’s last serious boyfriend was Matthew Janney who she’d met while a student at Oxford University. The couple split in December 2014, with Emma telling Vogue U.K, “I felt really uncomfortable. Even before my relationship ended, I went on a silent retreat because I really wanted to figure out how to be a home with myself.”

The Sun is reporting that “William is a keen hiker and marathon runner, who has been working as a senior manager for four years at tech company Medallia, which sells software that processes customer feedback for businesses."

In January, the 25-year old Brit opened up about what her childhood was like during those Hogwarts day. The Daily Mail reported that the actresses admitted to being “terrified” by the global interest in her life and only copied with red carpet appearance by going “numb”.

“The level of questioning I was under, coming at such a young age. People asking me ‘What do you think of this? Who are you, who are you, who are you? I felt so inadequate because I just didn’t have answers yet.”

“I’d spent more than half of my life pretending to be someone else. While my contemporaries were dyeing their hair and figuring out who they were, I was figuring out who Hermione was and how best to portray her.”
